Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing sites, managing contractors and sub-contractors in coordination with projects designers, architects and engineers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. The full-time role is located in Lucknow.
Education & Requirements
• Graduation with B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) or any other field
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
• 2+ Years of experience
• Freshers can also apply for an intern role with monthly stipend
• Experience in the Interior/Construction industry, particularly in residential is a plus
Qualifications
• Ability to manage contractors and sub-contractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read construction blueprints/layouts and understand technical specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Job Description
• Manage and control the Interior/Construction site
• Supervision of all project activities on an Interior/Construction site
• Supervision of all operators, workers, and subcontractors
• Project execution's end-to-end responsibility
• Relationship building with clients and other stakeholders related to the project
• Meeting or exceeding all operational goals
• Negotiating all contracts and deals with prospective clients
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
• Understanding and promoting company programs
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Maintaining client records
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, services and availability
